Terms and Conditions After receiving this application and copies of all your winning slips, AFGC Holdings Ltd, doing business as Casino Tax Recovery, will mail you a quote of our fee for the service. That fee is contingent on the client receiving a tax refund. If no refund is received then no fee is charged. Verification of wagering losses is not required to be submitted with your return(s) but if the IRS or State authority audits your return(s) and you have no verification of losses you will not be entitled to a refund. Our FAQ at www.casinotaxrecovery.com/faq.php provides details on how and the types of verification you should keep. A letter containing the ITIN number issued by the United States will be provided to the client and AFGC Holdings Ltd. shall store a copy of that number. The client understands that the ITIN number cannot be used to claim the earned income tax credit under section 32 of the Internal Revenue Code: that the possession of an ITIN does not change the client’s immigration status or entitle the client to legal employment in the United States; the ITIN does not take place of an SSN or qualify the client for Social Security benefits; the client may be eligible for an SSN and should inquire with the responsible party processing this application under what circumstances that this might be true; if an client becomes eligible for an SSN at a later date, the ITIN can no longer be used and the client must apply for an SSN from the Social Security Administration.
